Ben LevineVice President global research & analytics, Ketchum

Ben first joined Ketchum’s Global Research & Analytics team in 2005, and has spent the last three years leading and growing Ketchum London’s research and measurement team.

As a member of KGRA, Ben is responsible for designing and leading research, measurement and evaluation projects for the agencies UK clients across its brand, healthcare, corporate and public affairs practices. He’s worked with a variety of clients including Philips, Bank of America, Geek Squad, Premier Foods, P&G, Pfizer, MasterCard and DSM.

Ben’s research experience covers both qualitative and quantitative approaches, including surveys used to drive and analyze messaging, online focus groups used to shape brand positioning, media analyses used to gauge corporate reputation, and brand tracking surveys used to measure and understand communication’s impact on audience outcomes.

Ben has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, and studied journalism at Boston University. Ben is actively involved with the International Association for the Measurement and Evaluation of Communications (AMEC).

He previously worked as a city reporter for the Stamford Times (Stamford, CT) where he wrote news and feature stories on Stamford government and community issues.
